What's worrying is that Cardiff City seem to be signing everyone! How can they afford such signings and we can't!?

Either the board should appoint Martin O'Neil or back our current manager with the funds to get this squad better than a mid table Championship side!

With rejecting a bid to sign for Fenebache, why don't we go in for Robinho? He would look good alongside Blackstock & Earnie!??

What worries me is that we only seem to be hearing about players leaving rather than players coming in!!

Come on Board show us some ambition!!

Do some of the premiership Clubs want Cardiff City promoted, latest rumour is Andy keough is going to them from Wolves. That means Cardiff now have Bellamy, Koumus, Heaton, Olofijana, Naylor. Hope Mr pleat and his panel are taking notes. Goof luck to them they are building on there promotion challenge. I hear Celtic are still chasing Wilson, if we don't sell him then he leaves on a free if he won't sign, what a mess, maybe they should have secured a longer contract a while ago.

I am not worried about Wilson not signing a Contract as if things go to plan then he may be a Premiership player for us next season and he would want to review his Contract at that stage. Unfortunately that logic is the same for Whitingham so not optimistic on that signing especially what team Cardiff are building (there could be a chance with Prattley as Swansea may struggle)

If we can get £2m for Wilson then that may be good business if it goes towards some new signings or loans wages.

My real concern is that we are just becoming a laughing stock in football with the way the AP come up with solutions identify players then are unable to get them to the club. Everyone wants a Porsche for the price of a Mini but very few want to be sold on that basis. AP wake up to the situation and have some ambition.

Wilson could sign a contract now and insert a clause, that could be reviewed if Forest get to the Premiership, like your optamism Phil y Phil and do you think so far things are going to plan, I don't. Alternativly he could walk away and the Club get nothing at the end of his contract. If we sell Wilson then we might not get a replacement, good news for Chambers.

Thing is BucksRed, we're in a very similar situation as last season where we didn't register a league win till the end of August.

I think it's great that we weren't involved in the Carling Cup this week (even though some might disagree) hopefully that will have given us enough time to prepare for the game on Saturday.

So I don't think it's time for panic stations just yet, and I agree with Phil y Phil that we could well get promoted and Wilson would be negotiating a Premier League contract rather than a Championship one.

On the cuantrary to Phil y Phil's comments about Wittingham, Cardiff are signing so many players that he may feel he won't get a game there anymore!!?

There's still time yet, but if we don't sign anyone before the window closes, it could be a very bleak winter ahead of us!!

Forest are in a similar position if you look at the table agreed, BUT we had already recruited Anderson, Blackstock, Mc Goldrick, McKenna, Majewski, Gunter as new/loan players. Understand what you are saying about the Cup, but we still put out a decent enough team to win it and lost and we now lose attendance TV money. I'm not at panic stations yet, feel a bit frutrated that we have not got a decent signing into this squad, despite them doing so well last season-thought January would have convinced the board that we needed a bit more qulaity. Time will tell.
